The story behind Buildem

A coach, a gym owner, a builder — and the belief that high performers deserve a system as serious as the businesses they run.

I've spent my life turning fitness into a way to work through everything else.

Grew up playing sports, and somewhere along the way training stopped being just physical. It became how I'd reset and push forward no matter what was going on.

That drive to build things comes from home. My parents left Lebanon during the war to give our family a new start, and growing up in a big household taught me what it means to actually show up for people. That's shaped how I coach and how I run a business.

10+ years coaching and training clients. 8 years co-owning a gym. I've worked with every type of client and goal you can think of, which meant mastering several training styles instead of leaning on one. Along the way I started mentoring other trainers, some of whom have built real businesses of their own.

Before fitness became the full focus, I spent a few years in healthcare on the business development and marketing side, learning how to grow something from the ground up.

Lately I've been deep in studying AI and what it actually means for business, past the hype. Coaching depth, business experience, and staying ahead of where the industry is headed: that's the combination behind Buildem, a coaching platform built for high performers who've built success everywhere except their own health.

Train. Coach. Family.

The three words that shape how we build.
